Enjoying the quiet in my Negril apt.on Bob Marley's Birthday ... 

I hope you're having a great Friday. Working, enjoying the quiet in my Negril apt. this afternoon. Today is Bob Marley's birthday, so I KNOW things will liven up in the neighborhood this evening. 

I expect to be home, though, listening to the music from the beach on my balcony re: recovering from an almost 15-mile impromptu walk yesterday. Great walk in Carib sun. One of my favorite things. My mind is so at peace after a long stretch out. (Need new sneakers; I've walked the bottom out of mine.)
