Little Country Beach Town
Pretty Sunday morning. I hope you're having a good one. I have goats baaaa-ahhh-ing outside of my window -- they are chomping up the field nearby ... noisey little fellas! But they are a reminder that Negril is truly a "little country beach town."Been working all morning; hope to finish early so I can get another run-walk in in prep for the March run (http://tinyurl.com/pzh3223). Had a good, solid stretch out yesterday evening down Beach Road ... finally learning to breeeeeathe while running. Looking forward to getting out again. Simply gorgeous day!
