Historical research got me out of bed EARLY this morning.

Good morning. I hope you have a super day on tap. Historical research got me out of bed EARLY this morning. The same sheets of paper I fell asleep with on my chest late last night were staring me in the face this morning.

I've taken to reading late into the night and early mornings. Writers read, and reading more is part of the New Year's resolution. I'm discovering a whole new world in historical research.  My dreams are filled with characters from centuries ago. Loving every second of discovering nuggets of the past that were not shared ... the power of history is coming to light.

Enjoy your day, and have a perfect weekend! I know you deserve it. :)

Off to my characters now ...
