Blackout in Negril (Jamaica) last night, so got up and worked ... 

I hope you're having a great weekend. Another pretty day in Negril, but we had a blackout in middle of night last night. I could see some lights in the distance on 7-Mile Beach (probably from generators at the hotels). Things went dark pretty quickly before 2 a.m., but thankfully the lights came back on this morning. 

Got up when lights went out -- b/c fan went out and it was hot as the dickens! -- and worked on Part 2 of "Finding Loving in Sweetwater Cove" multicultural romance until my laptop battery went dead.
